Yeah, I've been a little bit like that myself, like when I put up my copy of "The Eye Creatures". Took a while to sink in that it was the "Retrovision Edition" and not a pd copy. Of course, on that one, as far as any "new matter" on that print, I saw no difference between it and Video Cellar's upload aside from the color.

New titles, fixing the double "the," was all that was different. I fudged one by splicing in the B&W titles and a repeat shot of the military guy flipping the light switch, then tinted both the color & monochrome red to give the impression of a darkroom while he loaded the reel of film. Unfortunately, it ended up over 2 gig, and I couldn't get the damn thing to upload here.
Why would he have to have a red light to load processed film onto a projector? Hell, made as much sense as the rest of the movie! I'll have to try it again the next time I get a Nero update.
